With over 14 years of experience in the logistics industry, Priscilla brings a strong operational background spanning customs, freight forwarders and shipping lines. This gives her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges users face on a daily basis and how systems should support them.
In her role, Priscilla focuses on translating complex operational challenges into practical, efficient solutions. With a hands-on mindset and a creative approach, she helps ensure that processes run smoothly and without disruption. What drives her is the direct impact her work has on both operations and users: solving issues quickly and improving the way people work.
Based in Costa Rica, Priscilla also plays an important role in supporting Spanish-speaking users across different regions. Her position allows her to strengthen communication, improve responsiveness and act as a bridge between markets.
Outside of work, Priscilla is a proud mother of two and values balance, positivity and continuous improvement both in her personal life and in her professional approach.
