In addition to his role as functional consultant, Niels Muijs is responsible for the ins and outs of Ultimate Maritime Logistics' Service Desk. He loves to optimize the customer’s journey and is always looking for the best options to meet their needs.

Support Desk

Therefore, we are always looking for opportunities to support you as a customer in the best possible way. Our new support desk is a good example of this. It is now possible for our customers to log in themselves via the customer portal. This way you are assured of support with your request for help. We are always ready for advice on your challenge. By creating an FAQ in the customer portal, customers can look for help even without actual contact with people from the service desk. A place where customers can find answers to their challenges at any time.
