Franciele is our newest addition to the team. She is a functional consultant. It’s about time to get to know her better. She likes to introduce herself in the blog below.

Introduction

The focus of Franciele’s work is to help and guide the customers of Ultimate Maritime Logistics on the implementation of Flex Maritime solutions on the logistics area. Understanding their business processes requirements and advising how the system can support them. And for the cases in which the system doesn’t support the requirement, she designs together with the rest of the team the best software solution.

Franciele has more than 10 years of experience on ICT, on different business, like manufacturing industry and logistics shipping companies.

Within this companies she worked on improving business process using different applications, but she is specialized on Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O. A very good combination with the ERP-solution of Ultimate Maritime Logistics, build on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The most interesting thing about her job is that she always keeps on learning. She is able to extend her knowledge on different areas like business processes or new technologies, applications, and functionalities within a system. It allows here to interact with different people with different background and different cultures. It’s a very dynamic role. Compared to her previous roles, she really enjoys being a consultant with different client and bring the customers to a higher level of performance.

Franciele is 33 years old, and lives with her husband and her dog Mel. She is originally from Brazil but is living in the Netherlands for already 5 years. Besides her work she loves to travel and on her spare time she enjoys walks with her dog in the nature and doing barbecues with family and friends.
