“My work primarily revolves around the implementation and migration of Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX modules. I’m specialized in providing comprehensive support and consultancy services to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance for our clients, particularly around enterprise systems.
I always try to improve myself, together with the experienced team at Ultimate Maritime Logistics to provide fast and reliable solutions. By enhancing my role at the service desk, I am trying to contribute more to the team and play my role in providing reliable solutions to our customers. At the same time, I try to contribute to our customers' system transition processes with my experience by providing consultancy services”.

Background
“With a background in engineering and information systems, I have pursued two master's degrees, one in Information Systems and another in Engineering Management, along with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in various roles.
After completing my internships in various roles, I decided that I was interested in working in the IT sector. Then I started working as a Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 / D365 Consultant in one of the largest food companies in Turkey. I was promoted to Specialist status within 1 year. I gained great experience in this company, where I spent approximately 2.5 years, thanks to the number of projects we had and the number of rollouts in group companies. Then our paths crossed with Ultimate Maritime Logistics. I loved that the team was friendly and equipped with incredible experience. In this environment that embraces me, I look forward to improving myself further and making great contributions to our company”.

About Cigdem
I was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. I'm 24 years old. I have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. While I was studying, I lived and did an internship in Tunisia for 60 days. Apart from this experience, I have not had any other experience of living abroad. The year I graduated, I started working while I was still studying. Then I decided to return to Istanbul and continue my career in Istanbul.
Moving to the Netherlands after the crowded and chaotic environment of Istanbul was a different experience for me. I feel more peaceful and happier here. Because personally, I am someone who likes quiet places.
I am someone who is very committed to my job and has a personality that can be called a workaholic. In general, I can describe myself as a fast learner in my business life, who is very open and excited to learn new things quickly. I am someone who is always aware of the seriousness of the job, but always enjoys working. The team I work with is very important to me. That's why I'm very grateful for having the opportunity to be with and work with the friendly and incredibly experienced employees of Ultimate Maritime Logistics.
I attach equal importance to my life outside of work. I enjoy going to museums, attending art exhibitions, going to classical music concerts, going to festivals, visiting new places and learning new things, going on cultural trips, learning history, cooking and trying new foods. In addition to my hobbies, I have also added cycling. Sometimes I like to go on short trips by bike, regardless of the rain and wind. And in addition, since moving to the Netherlands, I have focused on sports and learning Dutch. I really want to learn Dutch, both for my respect for the Netherlands and so that I can communicate more easily with the people around me.
