Our role from Ultimate Maritime Logistics

Our partnership with OTIS has been critical in achieving the necessary financial control and optimization of their logistics operations. From warehouses full of inventory to “just in time” delivery in the field. This allowed warehouses in the country to be divested while increasing customer service.

Recently, we helped OTIS move to their new system. Thus ends our cooperation.
